On Nov. 30, Jill A. Paden sold their home at 420 W. Summer St., Hillsboro to Ronald L. Saathoff for $84,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,625.78, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Hillsboro so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jill Ann Paden (60) has been registered to vote since 2005 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
