Median home prices in Palmyra fell to $28,500 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Palmyra fell by $21,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,500 - a 43% decrease over the $50,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Palmyra in 2020.
