Trenton median home prices rose by 16% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Trenton rose by $21,459 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,909 - a 16% increase over the $134,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Trenton in 2020.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,763, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for 2021.
