2021: Home prices in St. Rose increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in St. Rose rose by $41,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 29.2% increase over the $141,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Rose in 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Rose for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,307, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for 2021.
