1. ***A motion to accept the minutes from the February 10, 2022 meeting.

2. ** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll.

New Business:

1. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve a Resolution for the proposed Seasonal Staff pay rates.

2. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to authorize the Litchfield Lake Department to renew contract services with Laura Poole for weekend and holiday cleaning services of the Comfort Stations throughout the Lake Lou Yaeger Recreational Area for the 2022 Season to be billed at a monthly rate of $400.

3. Sewer – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve a quote from Durbin Excavating for $12,760.00 for South Side Ditch Improvements and authorize the city Clerk to issue payment upon completion.

4. Plan Comm./Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve a request for an “Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance” for a “Zoning Change” from (M-F) Multi-family to (C-1) Neighborhood Commercial to correct prior Ordinance #3427 regarding zoning of certain property. Location of property known as Professional Plaza, with parcel pin numbers 10-34-326-052 and 10-34-326-028.

5. Plan. Comm./Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve a request for an “Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance” for a “Zoning Change” from (M-F) Multi-family to (C-1) Neighborhood Commercial for the purpose of constructing a Recreational Center, location of the property owned by Professional Plaza located adjacent and south of the Yaeger Place Condominiums, with parcel pin numbers: 10-34-326-062, 10-34- 326-077 and 10-34-326-051.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

1. “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body…” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(1).

2. “Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.” (5ILCS 120/2(C)(2))

3. “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(6)

4. “Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(11)
