This home last sold on Aug. 19, 2021 for $22,500.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Wilsonville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Theresa Traban, 92, was the only registered voter residing at 310 Rice St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
