On Feb. 7, Clayton Green sold their home at 313 Francis, Gillespie to Patrick and Brenna Enlow for $75,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,486.08, 1.98% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Gillespie as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 313 Francis as of Oct. 10, 2020: Zachary Andrew Collins, 37, and Teyron I. Madison, 28.
