On Feb. 7, Joshua David Allen Lewis sold their home at 209 E Pine, Modesto to Kelsi S Watters for $89,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,071.86, 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 1, 2012 for $67,500.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Modesto as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joshua D. A. Lewis has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 209 E Pine as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joshua D. A. Lewis, 30, and Shelby Lewis.
