On Jan. 14, John M. Kruse purchased a home at 319 N. Pin Oak Drive, Trenton from Cyril V. and Lorraine Wieser for $170,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,106.66, 1.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Trenton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cyril V. Wieser has been registered to vote since 1976 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and five Republican Primaries. Lorraine M. Wieser has been registered to vote since 1976 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and six Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
