Trenton home prices fell in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Trenton fell by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 14.9% decrease over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Trenton in January 2021.
