On Jan. 5, Beer Family Farms LLC purchased a home at 421 S. Fourth St., New Baden from Denis J Billhartz for $340,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,020.28, 0.89% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in New Baden in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Denis J. Billhartz (79) has been registered to vote since 1964 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
