1. A motion to accept the minutes from the September 1, 2022 meeting.
2. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll. To be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting.

New Business:
1. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the purchase of Largemouth Bass from Seven Springs Fisheries, Inc., at a cost of $2.00 per fish and delivery charges for a total cost not to exceed $5,250 and to authorize the City Clerk to issue a check upon satisfactory delivery.
2. Fire/Ambulance – Woodrow Street – A motion to write-off ambulance outstanding invoices dated 2015 through 2020 in the amount of $191,151.13, which represents uncollected revenue for services rendered by the Litchfield Area Ambulance Service.
3. Streets – Kassidy Paine – A motion to approve a Resolution of Support and a Resolution Committing Local Funds for the IDOT ITEP Streetscape Improvement grant.
4. Wastewater Treatment – A motion to approve pay request #8 from Korte Luitjohan for the amount of $13,962.72 for work completed on the Wastewater Treatment Facility’s Chemical Feed Improvement Project and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.
5. Tourism – Marilyn Sisson – A motion to approve the award of grant monies to St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary in an amount not to exceed $1,000 for the Robinson Brothers Benefit Concert to be held October 7 and 8, 2022.
Executive Session
A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:
1. “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body…” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(1).
2. “Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.” (5ILCS 120/2(C)(2))
3. “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(6)
4. “Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(11)
