Autumn Wilson, senior libero, has been named the Reno’s Pizza Player of the Week.
Wilson joined an exclusive club on Tuesday last week when she became the second player in Blackburn Volleyball history to collect 1,000 career digs. The only other player to have ever reached this milestone is current head coach, Marlee Kirby.
Wilson also recorded an impressive stat line last week, as she finished the week with 59 digs over three matches. She maintained a number just shy of 6.00 for her digs per set on the week.
Wilson will be one of three Beavers that will be recognized on Tuesday, October 18th, when volleyball hosts their senior night. Wilson is on track to reach over 1,100 career digs this season.
