COMMUNITY OPERATIONS: (WATER & LAKE, SEWER AND STREETS AND ALLEYS)

1. Presentation of Eagle Scout sign project for boat ramp area.

2. Motion to approve Eagle Scout sign project by Dillion Elledge for boat ramp area.

3. Presentation of 18 Hole Disc Golf Course and Nature Trail design.

4. Motion to approve 18 Hole Disc Golf Course and Nature Trail design as presented.

ADMINISTRATION: (FINANCE, PERSONNEL, LEGAL AND INSURANCE)

1. 1. Motion to replace repeater Kenwood Radio from Craig Antenna Service in the amount of $16,667.

2. Motion to order new cameras from Midwest Public System. Two cameras will be covered by the Police Grant in the amount of $12,636. The other two cameras will be purchased from the ARPA Funds in the amount of $12,636.

3. Motion to order four in-car computers from CDS Office Technology in the amount of $22,504. Two will be purchased from the Police Grant and two from the ARPA Funds.

4. Motion to authorize Grant Agreement with the Office of Justice Programs Rural Assistance Grant. The Grant is the amount of $32,820.

5. Split Water and Waste Water into separate accounts.

6. Split surcharge between Water ($4.75) and Waste Water ($4.00)

7. Discussion on Ordinance #1845 and formation of a Committee.

8. Bid materials for 1st St water main.
