Iuka Community Consolidated School District 7 Board met Aug. 10.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

Meeting was called to order by President Kevin Cripps at 7:09 p.m. Members present were Kevin Cripps, Sandi Wilson, Josh Harris, Stephanie Jones, and Michael Koehnke. Also present were Superintendent Sam Alli, Board Clerk Stephanie Dodson and IEA Representative Julie Berry

Motion by Sandi Wilson and seconded by Josh Harris to approve the agenda. Roll call vote:

Motion by Josh Harris and seconded by Sandi Wilson to enter into Executive Session at 7:14 p.m. to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity and collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives.
