4. MATTERS OF CONSIDERATION

4.1. Public Hearing as opened at 6:10 PM Ketten stated the zoning code currently states the driveway must go to the alley. If they try to put the driveway in the alley there will be water pooling issues. The City recommends installing a driveway in the front yard. Grove asked if there were any negative feedback from neighbors, and Ketten said no. Zbinden asked if the handicap ramp from the driveway to the ramp and any future garage would face the road, would there be any issues going forward. Ketten said there would not be, as most of surrounding properties have driveway fronting on to Washington Avenue and this would be the case with this property as well. Hastings stated there could be a possibility of clients/customers that would need handicap access.
