1. A motion to accept the minutes from the January 19, 2023 meeting. 2. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll. To be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting.

1. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the repairs and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles, insulation, kitchen cabinets, three LED light fixtures and water lines that froze up and broke on December 25th at the Beach House Meeting room at Lake Lou Yaeger, for an amount not to exceed $5,360.09 and authorize the City Clerk to issue payment upon satisfactory completion.

2. Fire – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the proposal from the Illinois Fire Chief’s Association to provide promotional testing services for the rank of Captain and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement for an amount not to exceed $19,500.

3. Fire – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the purchase of two (2) Sensit Gold G2 4 Gas (LEL/CO/O2/H2S) Detectors from Mac’s Fire and Safety at a cost not to exceed $4,868.75 and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check upon satisfactory delivery.

4. Water – Tim Wright – A motion to authorize the advertisement for bids of water treatment chemicals for the upcoming fiscal year.

5. Plan/Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve a Resolution approving a Special Use Permit for a short-term rental property located at 209 N. Lincoln, parcel number 10-32-458-019.

6. Plan/Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve a Resolution approving a Special Use Permit for a short-term rental property located at 408 S. Harrison, parcel number 15-04-207-005.

7. Plan/Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve a Resolution approving a Special Use Permit for a short-term rental property located at 512 W. Kirkham, parcel number 10-32-485-012
