City of Assumption Police Committee met March 14.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Alderperson Travis Sullivan.
Police Committee members present were Alderpersons Travis Sullivan, Sue Burgess and Donny Walden. Also present were Mayor Page, Chief Wade, Treasurer Angel Palmer and City Clerk Janet Waller.
Present in the audience was Felicia King.

The committee discussed if there were any updates on the Rt 51 and Leafland intersection.
Budgets will be reviewed in the near future.
The new police officer will do an 8 week training with the Chief after graduation.
Some issues with traffic were discussed.
The committee adjourned at 6:46 pm.
