III. Reorganization of the Board

A. Accept Canvass of Election Results from Macoupin County Election Authority Pete Duncan and Montgomery County Election Authority Sandy Leithheiser, proclaiming David Brunnworth, Steve Remer, Craig Rimar, and John Skertich elected to the office of Mt. Olive CUSD No. 5 Board of Education following the Consolidated Election held on April 4, 2023.

B. Oath of office administered to new school board member: Craig Rimar by President Brunworth

C. Motion for current school board to adjourn sine die.

D. Election of President pro tem.

E. Call to order and roll call of the new School Board by the President pro tem.

F. Election of the School Board President

G. Election of the School Board Vice President

H. Election of the School Board Secretary

I. Election of the School Board Treasurer

IV. New Business:

A. Consider a motion to reaffirm all current district contracts and policies

V. Consider a motion to enter Closed Session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the District, and other stated exceptions to the Open Meetings Act. (2:220, 2:200)

VI. Consider a Motion to come out of Closed session

VII. Adjourn
