Clinton County home prices fall in January 2023 compared to January 2022

In January 2023, the median sale price of a home in Clinton County fell by $40,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 30 homes sold in January 2023, with a median sale price of $118,250 - a 25.3% decrease from the $158,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Clinton County in January 2022.
