There were 600 white students enrolled in South Central Community Unit School District 401 in the 2021-22 school year, 3.4% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that South Central Community Unit School District 401 welcomed 657 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 98.0% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.
