7.1E Shall the Board destroy verbatim closed session minutes up to 18 months back?
Individuals / delegations are permitted to address the Board at all regular board meetings. No individual / delegation shall be permitted to address the Board during a Special Board Meeting, unless the Board votes to suspend the rules and allow the individual / delegation the opportunity.
The individual / delegation shall be allowed a maximum of five (5) uninterrupted minutes to make his / her presentation. The individual / delegation shall present his / her views, concerns, suggestions, and recommendations in an objective manner free of profanity and obscenity. The character, reputation or good name of an individual shall not be discussed in an open Board Meeting.

15. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Labor Day is September 4, 2023 and we will not have school. The budget hearing and next meeting date will be September 21, 2023 at 7:00, followed by the regular meeting at 7:15.
