Wesclin Community Unit School District 3 had the highest enrollment among Clinton County districts, welcoming 1,326 students during the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 50.3% of them were boys, and 49.7% were girls.

Data also showed that the majority of students were white, making up 85.8% of the Wesclin Community Unit School District 3's total enrollment.

Among the 12 districts in Clinton County, Carlyle Community Unit School District 1 ranked second in enrollment numbers with 993 students, while Central Community High School District 71 welcomed 616 students and ranked third in the 2021-22 school year.
