1. A motion to accept the minutes from the January 18, 2024 meeting.

2. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll.

1. Building & Zoning - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to accept a quote from Durbin Excavating for demolition of a structure located at 1524 North Madison (sleeping rooms) and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check for $12,160.00 upon satisfactory completion.

2. Streets/Drainage - Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of bid proposals for annual street maintenance services.

3. Lake - Dan Newkirk - A motion to approve an Ordinance authorizing the surplus and sale of equipment from the Lake Department and Water Department.

4. Lake - Dan Newkirk - A motion to approve a Resolution establishing the 2024 Lease Agreement for the Bicentennial Campground at Lake Lou Yaeger.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:
