1) Salem Main Street Flag Foundation Grant Application –
Salem Main Street Flag Foundation is requesting $2,000 from Tourism to purchase new flags, maintain the lighting system and maintain the grounds.
The flags are now costing approximately $600 per flag. Funds are needed by February 28, 2024.
2) Discover Downstate Illinois Spring / Summer Tourism Times ad –
Tourism Times ads for Spring / Summer and Fall / Winter. Discover Downstate Illinois is offering a 20% discount off the listed rates. Spring / Summer ad copy deadline is Mid-March. Fall / Winter ad copy deadline is Mid July.
3) Discover Downstate Illinois Annual Membership Dues (Membership Brass) from July 1,2023 to June 30, 2024 (Up to $3,000 annual spend).
4) Discover Downstate Illinois Commitment for Fiscal year 2024.
