1. A motion to accept the minutes from the February 1, 2024 meeting.

2. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll.

1. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve the beautification project provided by local donor for an amount not to exceed a total of $100,000 and to contract Mike Klaves to water, weed, and maintain the plantings.

2. Water - Jake Fleming - A motion to approve a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a professional services agreement with HMG Engineers Inc. for engineering services for the federal Community Projects Grant and intended for the multi-phase water systems improvements project for an amount not to exceed $378,000 and to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement contingent upon the City receiving the grant award agreement.

3. Streets - Dwayne Gerl - A motion for an ordinance declaring a 2015 Bobcat T750 compact track loader as surplus and to authorize its disposal by trade-in.

4. Streets - Dwayne Gerl - A motion to approve resolution authorizing waiving customary bidding procedures for the purchase of a 2024 T770 T4 Bobcat compact track loader pursuant to Sourcewell pricing for $50,471.64.

5. Building & Zoning - Ray Kellenberger - An ordinance declaring real property of the City of Litchfield surplus and authorizing its sale pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-76-1 and 65 ILCS 5/11-76-2, specifically one parcel at 1524 North Madison St., pin # 10-33-107-001.

6. Fire - Josh Hughes - A motion to authorize Municipal Bid Letting for the purchase of a Custom Pumper Tanker for the City of Litchfield Fire Department.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

1. Discussion of minutes of meeting lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06. (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(21)

2. The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body. (5ILCS 120/2(2)(6)

3. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals…(5 ILCS 120/2(2)(c)(2)

1. A motion to approve the Executive Session minutes from the December 7, 2023 meeting and the January 18, 2024 meeting.
