1.            Water - Jake Fleming – A motion to approve a Resolution to accept

a proposal from Aria Filtra to upgrade the SCADA System for the membranes for an amount not to exceed $55,000.

2.            Tourism - Kassidy Paine – A motion to approve a Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau for tourism promotion services for an amount not to exceed $40,000.

3.            Streets - Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve an Ordinance amending Section 91.39 of the Municipal Code to amend the reimbursement amount for sidewalk repair and construction.

4.            Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve an Ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a development agreement for a project in TIF #1 with STRIS Investments, LLC for 305 and 307 N. State Street and other actions related thereto.

5.            Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve and Ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a development agreement for a project in TIF #1 with Caleb and Rachel Osborne for 219 N. State Street, and other actions related thereto.

6.            Lake -  A motion to award a bid for a patrol boat to Hank’s Marine for $74,498.68.
