A. Approval of April minutes
B. Treasurers report and approval
C. Any outstanding business - Summer reading program
4. New Business
A. To have permanent committees or just special appointment when needed.
B. Technology grant from Secretary of State $12,500
C. Update on Summer Reading Program
5. Adjourn to exec session for interviews of Library Director Applications.
6. Back into regular session to complete business from Exec session
