There were two gas stations in cities across Macoupin County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $3.49 per gallon in the week ending June 15, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average cost of regular gas in cities within Macoupin County was $3.53 per gallon.

Of the nine gas stations in cities within Macoupin County, four offer regular gas.

The average price of regular gas in Illinois was $3.74, compared to $3.83 the week before.

Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
