City of Greenville Planning Commission will meet Aug. 7.

6. MATTERS OF CONSIDERATION

6.1. Consideration of Ordinance to amend the Use Matrix Table 153.0202(A) of the Unified Development Code, to make bars, taverns, and nightclubs a permitted use in the (CN) Commercial Neighborhood and (CG) Commercial General zones. And to also remove the word "nightclubs" from the Use Matrix Table in its entirety.

Motion to recommend to the City Council Ordinance amending the Use Matrix Table 153.0202(A) of the Unified Development Code, to make bars, taverns, and nightclubs a permitted use in the (CN) Commercial Neighborhood and (CG) Commercial General zones.
