1. USDA Rural Development Grand Award Notification in relation to People’s Plaza 2. Approval to apply additional $10,298 of Business District funds for match portion of RD Grant

3. Approval to apply for 2024 OSLAD Grant in relation to Kitchell Park with the City providing a 50% match

4. Approval to apply for 2024 ITEP Grant in relation to downtown sidewalk improvements with the city’s total match portion being $208,462. The CDS grant will fund $200,000; leaving out of pocket of $8,462

5. Presentation of “A Resolution of Support of the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) Cycle 16-2024 Grant Application” in relation to downtown sidewalk program

6. RDMS/RISE grant submission update in relation to downtown water main improvements
