Macoupin County Board General Administrative Committee met July 1.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
I. CALL TO ORDER
PRESENT: Dunnagan, Adden, Barr, Ibberson, Duncan
ABSENT: Stayton, Kiel, Kilduff
II. AGENDA ITEMS
1. Approve Draft Agenda for July Full Board Meeting
Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Barr to approve the draft agenda as amended.

Duncan said Reinhart's time sheet had not been submitted as he is currently serving on federal jury duty. He would put it in with next month's.
Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Adden to approve the timesheets.

Dunnagan said that a resolution from the United Sovereign Americans as well as a possible draft from Clerk Duncan were in the packet. Members should review before next month and hopefully representatives from United Sovereign
Americans could be present to discuss since they had not gotten back to her.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Barr, seconded by Adden to adjourn at 5:26 pm. All in favor. Motion carried.
