1. A motion to accept the minutes from the November 7, 2024 meeting.
2. A motion to approve the expenditure report and payroll report for the current period.

1. Finance - Kassidy Paine - A motion to approve a Resolution approving the hire of a Finance and Benefits Manager, setting a salary for the position and authorizing a residency requirement waiver for the position.
2. Finance - Kassidy Paine - A motion to approve an Ordinance appointing Annmarie Mampe as Budget Officer for the City of Litchfield from May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026.
3. Administration - Robbin Huffman - A Resolution approving first amended Agreement with City Administrator.
4. Administration - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve an amendment to a Lake Lou Yaeger Lakeshore Lease for 98 Arrowhead Lane to extend the lease for 60 years.
5. Administration - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve insurance renewals for liability, auto, workers compensation, property and equipment, equipment breakdown, and cyber liability coverage from ICRMT as presented.
6. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve Site Development Plans for a large-scale development project for a car wash located on lots 31, 32, and 33 in the Route 66 Crossing 9th Addition.
7. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve a Resolution establishing a time and place for a public hearing to consider the redevelopment plan and project for the TIF 4 redevelopment project area.
8. Streets - Dwayne Gerl - A motion to approve a Resolution for Maintenance under the Illinois Highway Code designating $399,451.75 in Motor Fuel Tax funds to oiling and maintaining city streets in 2025.
9. Water - Jake Fleming - A motion to approve an Ordinance amending Municipal Code Section 52.05: Water Service Policy.
Executive Session
