1. Administration – Robbin Huffman -- A motion to approve an ordinance ascertaining the total amount budgeted for all corporate purposes legally made and to be collected from the tax levy of this fiscal year, beginning on the first day of May, 2024, ending on the 30th day of April, 2025, and levying a tax for the same on all property subject to taxation within the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois, as the same is assessed and equalized for state and county purposes for the current year.
2. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger -- A motion to approve an ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a redevelopment agreement for a project in TIF#1 project area with Veterans Elite Development and Construction LLC for 415 N. State Street & 108 W. Union Avenue in Litchfield, IL, and other actions related thereto.
3. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger -- A motion to approve an ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute first amended redevelopment agreement for a project in TIF #3 for 215/217 N. State Street Litchfield, IL, and other actions related thereto.
4. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger -- A motion to approve an ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute first amended redevelopment agreement for a project in TIF #3 for 221 N. State Street Litchfield, IL, and other actions related thereto.
5. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger -- A motion to approve an ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a redevelopment agreement for a project in TIF #1 project area with RBW Investments, Inc. for 201 N. State Street in Litchfield, IL, and other actions related thereto.
6. Building & Zoning – Ray Kellenberger -- A motion to accept a bid from Niehaus Services for demolition, debris removal, and necessary backfill of four vacant residential structures for an amount not to exceed $23,800.
7. Water – Jake Fleming -- A motion to approve an estimate from Midwest Garage door to repair the main gate at the water treatment facility for an amount not to exceed $8,000.
8. Police – Marilyn Sisson -- A motion to accept a bid from Ronco’s Autobody to repair a damaged squad car for an amount not to exceed $12,179.12.
9. Tourism – Kassidy Paine -- A motion to approve an Agreement between the City of Litchfield and Great Rivers and Routes Tourism Bureau (GRRTB) for the receipt of Round 4 FY25 Route 66 Grant Program funds in the amount of $35,700.
