Macoupin County Board General Administrative Committee met Nov. 7.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

I. CALL TO ORDER

PRESENT: Dunnagan, Stayton, Barr, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff, Duncan, Blank, Tiburzi ABSENT: Adden

II. AGENDA ITEMS

1. Approve Draft Agenda for November Full Board Meeting

Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Kilduff to approve the draft agenda with additions.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] 

MOVER: Jim Ibberson, Member

SECONDER: Ryan Kilduff, Member

AYES: Dunnagan, Stayton, Barr, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff

ABSENT: Adden

2. Non-Union Employee Time Sheets

Motion by Stayton, seconded by Kilduff to approve the non-union timesheets.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] 

MOVER: Aaron Stayton, Vice Chair

SECONDER: Ryan Kilduff, Member

AYES: Dunnagan, Stayton, Barr, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff

ABSENT: Adden

3. Amendment to Food License Ordinance

TIburzi discussed the changes they were proposing for the Food License ordinance. Some changes were required due to the State of Illinois adopting FDA rules from 2022. There were also proposals regarding raising the fees for inspections and including a new gold standard that would offer a discount on fee inspections for those without any complaints and are achieving excellence.

Motion by Stayton, seconded by Ibberson to recommend to the full Board.

RESULT: MOTION TO RECOMMEND [UNANIMOUS] 

MOVER: Aaron Stayton, Vice Chair

SECONDER: Jim Ibberson, Member

AYES: Dunnagan, Stayton, Barr, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff

ABSENT: Adden

III. ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Kilduff, seconded by Kiel to adjourn at 5:38 pm.
