The Salem Township Hospital is organizing a Lunch & Learn event focused on "A Good Night’s Sleep." This session will take place on March 12, 2025, at noon at the First Christian Church in Salem, Illinois. The presentation aims to discuss the significance of sleep and offer advice on how to improve it.
Stella Johnson, FNP from the Family Health Care Center at Salem Township Hospital, will lead the discussion. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP by March 5, 2025, to ensure they receive lunch, coffee, and dessert during the event.
