Appointments: A motion to approve the following committee appointment:

Tourism Advisory Board - Debbie Sneed-Short to fill the unexpired term of Jacob Jones (expires May 2026)

Other Business:

1. A motion to accept the minutes from the February 20, 2025 meeting.

2. A motion to approve the expenditure report and payroll report for the current period.

New Business:

1. Council Request - A motion to approve a Resolution authorizing a contract with Montgomery County Animal Control for animal control services.

2. Lake - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve a resolution setting hourly wages for seasonal staff at Lake Lou Yaeger.

3. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve an Ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a development agreement for a project in TIF #1 with Eric & Abby Barcum for 224 N. State Street, and other actions related thereto.

4. Admin - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve a resolution authorizing an Electric Service Agreement with Illinois Power Marketing LLC D/b/a Homefield Energy.

5. Admin - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve a resolution to amend current lease of Lot 49 in the Island View subdivision to clarify language of renewal.

6. Water - Jake Fleming – A motion to approve a professional services agreement with HMG Engineers for the design, bidding and construction staking of a water main replacement on State Street.

Executive Session
