Macoupin County Board General Administrative Committee met Feb. 6.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Members Present: Bernie Kiel, Ross Adden, Leann Barr, Jim Ibberson, and Tony Wiggins

Members Absent: Aaron Stayton and John Trevino

Officials and Department Heads Present: Pete Duncan and Lori Sanson

1. Call to Order

1.1 Roll Call

There were 5 members present and 2 members absent.

2. Agenda Items

2.1 Approve Draft Agenda for Full Board Meeting

Motion to approve the draft agenda.

Moved by: Ross Adden

Seconded by: Jim Ibberson

Carried

2.2 Approve Non-Union Employee Timesheets

Duncan said Gerl had been using the timesheet software though there were still a few days in November and December that did not have any days worked or time taken off.

Motion to approve the non-union employee timesheets.

Moved by: Ross Adden

Seconded by: Leann Bar

Carried

2.3 Applicant's Certification of Intent

Sanson said that all of these items are part of the application for the public transportation program. The amount for the grant is the same amount as they received last year in the 5311. The DOP saw a 10% increase in appropriation.

Motion to recommend items 2.3 through 2.7 as a whole to the full Board.
