Hillsboro Community Unit School District 3 Board of Education Transportation Committee met Feb. 4.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
The transportation committee consisting of Board Members Kassie Greenwood, Blake Furness, and Matt Lentz met on February 4, 2025 at 4:00pm. Superintendent Powell, Transportation Director Gregg, and Curriculum Director McBrain were also in attendance. The committee heard an update from the transportation director, which included the need for additional substitute bus drivers and information on the current fleet. A request was made from the transportation director to request bids for three buses with options for diesel or gas and 77 or 83 passengers. The meeting was adjourned at 4:45pm.
