Macoupin County Board General Administrative Committee met March 5.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Members Present: Bernie Kiel, Aaron Stayton, Ross Adden, Leann Barr, Jim Ibberson, and Tony Wiggins

Members Absent: John Trevino

Officials and Department Heads Present: Pete Duncan

1. Call to Order

1.1 Roll Call

There were 6 members and 1 member absent.

2. Agenda Items

2.1 Approve Draft Agenda for Full Board Meeting

2.2 Approve Non-Union Employee Timesheets

Motion to approve the non-union timesheets.

2.3 Election Alliance Update

Duncan said the initial alliance two year period is complete and the county did get a lot out of it, including the Voting Center, updated election judge training manual, improved voting plan cards, and more. He also passed out a summary of the Standards for Election Excellence they had helped developed as part of their work. The Alliance has a new cohort that will take one of the standards and see what kind of resources, work, and time it takes to improve on the standard. He was planning to apply to join.
