IX. Consider a motion to enter Closed Session for the following purposes as allowed under the Illinois Open Meeting Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.):

A. Security procedures, school building safety and security, safety of employees, students, staff, the public, or public property. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)

B. Discussion of the appointment, employment and dismissal of employees of the public body and collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives. 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (8)

X. Consider a Motion to come out of Closed session

A. Consider a motion to approve personnel and security as discussed in closed session.

The next regular board meeting is at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The meetings will be held in the library at 804 West Main Street, Mt. Olive, Illinois.
