B. Cloud 9 Flag Football Tournament: Lisa Webb, August 16 

C. Approve Retaining the Services of HMG Engineering for Reclamation and Milling Work: 

D. Request to Approve Leave of Absence: Tracy Eardly requests a continued leave of absence beginning April  28, 2025 through July 16 with the option to return upon Dr’s clearance. 

E. Approve Authorized Representatives for the CEJA-ETCG: Authorize Mayor John Chapman and City Clerk  Heather Kraus as Authorized Representatives for CEJA-ETCG retroactive to Jan. 2024. 

F. Present LOI for the Phase 1 of the CEJA-ETCG Program: Pending 

G. Approve Appropriations Ordinance: Ordinance 2025-03 

H. Announcement of Water Rate Increase Effective July 1, 2025:  

I. Update the Water Meter Tampering Policy: We need to determine a fee schedule for violations.

J. Update Park Policies: Camping fees, hours, site locations, signs; Bathroom vandalism; Engineering Plan 

K. 716 S. Hickory St.: Declare the property as a public nuisance violation. 

L. Discuss Personnel Issues: Refer to Executive Session per IL 120/2 (c) (1)
