Macoupin County Board General Administrative committee met July 2.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Members Present: Bernie Kiel, Aaron Stayton, Leann Barr, Jim Ibberson, and John Trevino

Members Absent: Ross Adden and Tony Wiggins

Officials and Department Heads Present: Larry Schmidt, Lori Sanson, Aaron Coe, Christy Blank, John Bresnan, L. Amber McGartland, Michelle Mueller, Pete Duncan, and Derrek Tiburzi

1. Call to Order

1.1 Roll Call

There were 5 members present and 2 absent.

2. Agenda Items

2.1 Approve Draft Agenda for Full Board Meeting

Motion to approve the draft agenda.

2.2 Approve Non-Union Employee Timesheets

Moved by: Jim Ibberson

Seconded by: Aaron Stayton

2.3 Quote from Illini Tech for Cyber Security Awareness Training/Testing, Anti Phishing, and Dark Web Monitoring

Duncan passed out a quote from Illini Tech for cyber security awareness training and testing. He had become aware it was available from Illini Tech and wanted the committee to at least be aware it was an option. Stayton said he would like to have Illini Tech come and answer a few questions on it. It was agreed to see if he would be able to come next month.

Motion by Stayton, seconded by Trevino to adjourn at 5:11 pm. All in favor. Motion carried.
