Call to Order – Pledge of Allegiance
Supervisor called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. The pledge to the flag was recited.

Approval of Minutes:
Motion by Jacki Anderson, and supported by Albert Lee, to approve the regular meeting minutes for July 11, 2018. All ayes, motion carried
Treasurers Report: Carolyn Ochab – June 2018 report
Motion by Karon Hoffman, and supported by Jacki Anderson, to approve the Treasurers Report for June 2018. All ayes, motion carried
Guests:
Chuck Hinman – Gladwin County Commissioner
County has borrowed money to complete upgrades to Court House and Jail, the funds are expected to be repaid by fiscal year end. EMS is considering placing an ambulance in the southern part of the County between 11 AM and 11 PM. An Economic Study of the Tittabawassee watershed to determine a level at which the lakes should be maintained. Levels may be reduced between Sept. 20th and Oct. 8th.
Richard Bloom - candidate for County Commissioner thanked those that supported him.

Motion by Jacki Anderson, and supported by Karon Hoffman, to Approve survey of DNR requested property. All ayes, motion carried
3. Approve Planning Commission Board Members and By laws
Motion by Jacki Anderson, and supported by Karon Hoffman, to Approve Planning Commission Board Members and By laws. All ayes, motion carried
Transfers:
Motion by Eric House, and supported by Albert Lee, to approve Budget Transfers for the Fire Department. All ayes, motion carried
Budget Amendments:
Motion by Karon Hoffman, and supported by Jacki Anderson, to approve Budget Adjustments for the Firehall Open House expense and Hillis Road Fund – road maintenance. All ayes, motion carried
Approval of Previous Months Payroll Expenses:
Motion by Jacki Anderson, and supported by Karon Hoffman, to approve July 2018 Payroll Expenses All ayes, motion carried.
Approval of Current Invoices Paid to Date:

Public Comments –
Charles Chard has asked the Road Department to look into what happened to the I – 75 direction sign previously located near School Road.
Cheryl House asked what are the parameters for Swamp Tax usage?
– Swamp Tax Revenues are unrestricted funds
