School discipline: Which South Central Illinois districts reported the most drugs-related suspensions?

Salem Community High School District 600, Centralia High School District 200 and Central Community High School District 71 reported the highest rate of students suspended for reasons related to drug offenses during the 2016-17 school year in South Central Illinois, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
