City of Litchfield Plan Commission met January 14.
Here is the agenda as provided by the commission:
1. Call the Public Meeting to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. 1st hearing: A motion to approve (disapprove) a request for an Amendment for a zoning change from (C-2) General commercial to (S-2) Single Family Residential for the purpose of a single family residence at the location of 311 East Union Ave. Litchfield, IL.
4. 2nd hearing: A motion to approve (disapprove) a request for an Amendment for a zoning change from (S-2) Single family residence to (C-2) General Commercial for the purpose of a sale of said property for a storage unit facility at the location 710 W. Kirkham St. Litchfield, IL.
5. 3rd hearing: A motion to approve (disapprove) a request for an Amendment for a zoning change from (S-2) Single family residence to (C-2) General Commercial for the purpose of the construction of a storage unit facility at the location of 711 W. Kirkham St. Litchfield, IL.
6. Approve the December 10, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
