How did Richard Sutton spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Richard Sutton's election campaign committee, Christian County Republican Central Cmte, spent $5,521 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
