How did Richard Sutton spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Richard Sutton's election campaign committee, Christian County Republican Central Cmte, spent $9,942 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Sutton's committee spent the most on political yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,757) going to Lilly Signs, llc in Taylorville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Sutton's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
