How did Mike Havera spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Mike Havera's election campaign committee, People to Elect Mike Havera Christian County State's Attorney, spent $6,598 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Havera's committee spent the most on radio ads in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,320) going to Miller Communications, Inc. in Taylorville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Havera's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
