How did Richard Sutton spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Richard Sutton's election campaign committee, Christian County Republican Central Cmte, spent $11,300 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Sutton's committee spent the most on radio advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,780) going to Miller Media Group in Taylorville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Sutton's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
